Voice Lessons
Virtual Lessons
Private vocal lessons offered to you from the comfort of your own home by a professional opera singer with many years of performance and teaching experience. Ages 12 and up recommended. All levels are welcome and all styles of music are taught. Choose between 45 min or 1 hour lessons. FaceTime, Zoom and Messenger video options available. Lessons consist of warm ups, practice of healthy technique, focused work on specific songs and performance preparation. Participate in a studio recital, prepare for auditions and Royal Conservatory exams.
Recital Opportunities
Studio recitals take place once or twice a year. Students have the opportunity to work towards a performance goal. 1-2 songs are performed by each student for an intimate group of supportive friends and family. A professional pianist is booked to accompany.
Auditions
Cassandra has helped many students with regards to auditioning for school musical roles, entrance auditions to various schools and for professional auditions. Alumni of the studio have gone on to study voice and acting at such institutions as University of Toronto, Western University, Queens University, Randolph Academy of Music, Sheridan College, York University and Toronto Metropolitan University!
Lesson Terms
Four terms per year. Exact dates vary year to year. Terms are generally 3 months in length.
Pricing
All lessons are paid up front for each lesson term (3 months).
45 min virtual lessons: $70
1 hour virtual lessons: $85
Payment Policy
Once a payment is made for the term, it is non-refundable as this secures a student’s lesson day and time for the term.
Royal Conservatory exams
Cassandra has prepared students for countless Royal Conservatory Exams. As a former student of the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto herself, Miss Warner has in-depth knowledge regarding the RCM voice syllabus and exam requirements. The studio has had great success with many honours and first class honours marks received.
Studio Achievements
One of my students recently received an award for the highest mark in North America for the level 6 RCM voice exam! The studio received an award of distinction as well.
NEW Designation!!
Cassandra is a new member of the prestigious Royal Conservatory of Music’s College of Examiners. She has an in-depth knowledge of the Royal Conservatory’s exam requirements and how to prepare for such a goal.
Cancellation Policy
All students are eligible for 2 cancellations maximum per year (January 1st to December 31st) when a minimum of 24 hrs notice of cancellation is given.
